I don't know the ACTUAL business relationship between the two, but Dark Force worked alongside Code Red in releasing some of Bill's titles. Ever since both Olson brothers passed, various labels have been picking up what they had. Like Matt89 said, I was expecting that Severin would've grabbed this like they did for The Sect and The Church.

No bother though, as long as I can order it (which can be like what it was ordering from the Code Red BigCartel store at times), I will. It's telling that he's got the store weblink in the announcement, and when you click on it, it says the store is down for "maintenance".

I saw this a few weeks back, and I had the same exact thought - Where else have I seen his face before? I recognized the face in Mr. Destiny and the Carrie remake, but I never made the connection that he was also Ellis in Die Hard. Hehe…blew my mind.

Looking it up, it also turns out that he directed PCU, which has been on my wishlist for the longest for an upgrade.

Hart Bochner the legend. Directed the best college film of all time (PCU), plays the 3rd most memorable character in Die Hard. Didn't age a day when I saw him in Urban Legends.

Horror-wise, he has a nice role in Urban Legend: Final Cut. He was also the love interest in Supergirl (1984) and reportedly declines to talk about it.

Dark Force does a great job. Demon Dave runs it and makes sure all packages are treated with care. I am a repeat customer.

The ultimate Hart Bochner performance is in Apartment Zero, which is sorely missing on Blu-ray. More people need to see it and start clamoring for it. It’s a great thriller.

I could live without the third and fourth film, but I would definitely buy Hello, Mary Lou. I don't think I've ever seen the movie in the correct aspect ratio.

Darkforce is an oddity I am glad I discovered and love. Their site is down most the time as it's a small shop and they usually open up for a week or so when they got some new stuff to release. I absolutely love their Drive In series, have all of them but 2, and they have released some other random stuff I really love and recently got into the 4k game too. Their store is supposed to be opening soon, probably this week sometime with some new release and other recent ones so keep a look out.
