Default Chicago - Vudu Only? and version differences

College age daughter wanting to watch Chicago the other night. Was surprised to see that it seems to be exclusive to Vudu and they have two versions but don't really see a difference in the descriptions. The Blu releases make it seem like Diamond is an improvement with additional scenes but Vudu description doesn't reflect that. Both are on sale wondering if it makes a real difference.

I can tell you

- It is not exclusive to Vudu. It's available in iTunes for example.

- The online version is not directly comparable to any disc version

After looking closer the price tracker here seems to have different versions for each service that's how I missed it.

You should be able to get it for free via Paramount Insider, if you don't mind waiting a few days.

The digital code you get sent redeems the Diamond edition on Vudu, you could also select itunes

There are two listings on Vudu. One is a old version (Buena Vista/Lionsgate) with the 2007 BD transfer in 1.78:1, the other is a newer listing (now carried over to Paramount) with the Diamond edition transfer.
