Rather have Carnosaur or Planet of Dinosaurs though.
Those are great titles, too. But that's exactly the films I'm talking about.

Video Alert! George A. Romero’s anthology classic CREEPSHOW (1982) is the focus of the latest episode of Dave James Parker’s Horror in the ‘80s series, and this time out he and I are joined by author Bryan Senn and filmmaker Robert Tinnell (FRANKENSTEIN AND ME; FEAST OF THE SEVEN FISHES), whose career started as a Production Assistant on the film! We run through the circumstances that spawned its creation, discuss its cast and crew, break the title down segment by segment, and celebrate its continued legacy – all peppered with plenty of behind-the-scenes stories you won’t hear anywhere else! If you’re a CREEPSHOW fan, I really think you’ll dig this one.

That is a long time for him to be off the site. Even when I am on vacation, I usually pop on here for 10 minutes to see what is happening.

I like Rayjg. Funny bloke. He is a throwback to the old days of the forum when everything was more silly/laid back like in the Code Red thread. We need more of that humour on here. Hope you are doing ok, Rayjg!

Debating picking up the slip box version of Pee Wee, price is still a little steep but it’s the version I would prefer. With their 10% email sign up code and my $10 shop cash points I could get it for like $113

Thanks for the heads up. I've been wanting to get Cult of the Cobra for a while. Grabbed Big Trouble in Little China to get free shipping. I'm sure it's coming to 4k soon but I'm good with the bd for now.

I guess December releases will be announced in early October.

What I'm hoping for and/or think we might get:

Black Christmas (2006) 4K/2K combo Collector's Edition

Silent Night, Deadly Night (1984) 4K Collector's Edition

Silent Night, Deadly Night, Part 2 (1987) 4K Collector's Edition

Black Christmas (1974) 50th Anniversary Steelbook (previous 4K disc from 2022 with possibly a few new extras)

Big Trouble is Fox so it's owned by Disney. I grabbed Big Trouble (I sold my steelbook a while back), The Entity, The Fly Collection, and The Omen Collection. They're all Fox so even if a 4k was coming, it will probably be a long time or low priority with Disney. Hell The Omen has a 4k master and is available in 4k digitally without HDR/DV for years and still nothing on disc.

Disney is a bottomless pit for 4ks but maybe things will change. Not holding my breath.

Picked up the Pee Wee box from deep discount for like $62 with their 15% coupon, not supporting shouts scalper antics. Literally double for a cardboard box, I put that towards my Hitcher preorder

I'm hoping that Shout releases The Hitcher on 4K someday. Just watched the dvd for the first time in awhile, I forgot how much I liked it.

Why wait for something that will most definitely be inferior or may not even happen? Just buy the Second Sight version.

Short of financial reasons, there's really no excuse for refusing to buy imports - plenty of US retailers stock them now - even Amazon. Refusing to go region free, well, that's a different story. People choose to limit themselves - that's on them.

I’m hoping for US 4K release as well, but I’m betting (and hoping) it comes from Arrow.

Well Rip Future Toku Rights Shout may get. Having AI-assist is fine but having AI automatically translating is a distaster. Look at the new Garo show, Kamen Rider Kuuga Manga as examples.

I'm worried about new Sentai and Kamen Rider shows Shout may get now. Presuming they get more
