Anyone else able to confirm/expand on the German release’s poor PQ? Is it a totally different transfer from the UK one? This is the only mention I’ve found that it’s picture quality is bad but it’s easier to find the German release where I’m located and it has some nice bonus features too so just wanted to see if anyone could address this in more detail. Thanks!

Sorry to double post but I'm also curious about the French BD and it's hard to find solid info about this online. One Amazon FR review suggests that the French BD has a director interview and deleted scenes that are all also in 3D, which is very enticing. But then the dvdcompare listing says that the French release is in 1080i50. Is that possible? Would the image quality be noticeably worse?

It's wrong, not only is there no Region 0 for Blu-rays, the title has been confirmed as B locked on this site (by user pro-bassoonist).

I always put confirmed region coding information into thread titles so if the thread title says it's locked, it's locked.

My copy is Region B as well. You're not missing much. Watched it 3 years ago and all I remember is the c*msh*t. If you don't have a region free player, I'd recommend Experiments in Love on The Stewardesses 3D Blu-ray. It's much classier with much better 3D.

It’s an arthouse film about relationships that I think is one of director Noe’s best. I wish it didn’t have the x-rated sex scenes, since that’s all it is known for. If you’re looking for fun p*rn, this isn’t it. But if you like arthouse film storytelling that doesn’t shy away from graphic sex scenes, it’s a very good (but sad) story that stayed with me long after. Different strokes for different folks no pun intended
