To this day have not watched a single movie via streaming if I have that title on disc. Only watch if not on disc or I have a title in HD streaming but only have same title in DVD. Over the years several titles that were HD in streaming only have been made available on disc so I purchase the disc of that title.

There's an almost hidden danger of relying on streaming in that what you want to watch may be regulated to free services that don't have an Ad free viewing option. (Pluto, Tubi)

We all realize that streaming is watching someone else's copy but when that old bit of media you enjoy becomes only available in poor quality or worse broken with advertisements you will realize "the future" format may not be the best.

Greed is as reliable as gravity and whomever is providing this streaming media needs to profit from it perpetually. If it's not feesable to offer it on a pay per view model or a by the minute model (subscription service) it falls to the Ad based service which is the most profitable and will grow to be the biggest and most comprehensive service.

If I keep it after the free trial it is definitely inexpensive at $9.99/ month. Streaming is still pretty damn cheap.

Napoleon Director's Cut is worth checking out. Makes me glad I avoided the regular TC version.

"Foundation" series is epic

"See" is great

Killers of the Flower Moon is great

Mythic Quest is another favorite of mine.

I don't know if it can be shared. You can sync it with your Apple devices and whatnot, though.

You can share ATV+ via Apple Family but you have to share it with people invited to your Apple Family (6 total.) (I don't think the people need to have any apple devices you just put in the email addresses if I remember right.)

Random piece of news that no one cares about, but I have to share anyway. My lifelong team won the play off final and are now back in the premier league!

It was a glorious weekend down London and one of my best memories.

Sadly... I can't relate.. my team has specialized in finding new and increasingly painful ways to lose for over half a century ..

Still hoping Napoleon gets a 4K disc one day, will hold off as long as possible.

We have had our fair share of misery, trust me! This is my Seventh visit to Wembley, and only seen us win our last two visits, but all worth it.

Picture of semi at our place and Wembley final if anyone interested.

Picture look great on my iPad but look naff when attached, but you get the idea.

Nice one mate and congratulations. I watched the final on TV, what a dramatic ending to the game.

I think this may mean one of your players who is rumoured to leave will enable my team who brought him through our academy to gain a 15% of any profit from a promotion sell-on (if he does leave that is) could be up to £2 million but I hope the Black Cats owners will support your manager financially and you can stay in the Premier League, it will be tough but exciting times for you eh.

Did anyone watch the Indianapolis 500? Alex Palou won in a Honda, but like I said they only run Chevy's and Honda's!

Thanks mate, I honestly couldn’t believe it, still in shock now.

It’s going to be incredibly tough, but will enjoy regardless.

Bellingham is in talks currently, rumoured to be 20 million deal.

I really wanted to watch Argyle but resisting Apple TV and still haven’t lost hope of an eventual disc release.

Gruv is having a 4K sale. 2 for $22 if anyone is interested. A LOT of titles. I'm having to restrain myself.

I told myself I wasn't going to buy anymore this month.

But the Supernatural blu-ray set for basically $50 off gruv's eBay was too good to pass up...

Pretty sure this is the largest set I've bought so far by quite a margin. Kind of doubting I'll ever get another set of this size ~58 discs I guess.

Thanks for the heads up on the Gruv sale. Managed to build up my Hitchcock collection with some titles I've never seen:

I've never even heard of the last one, but it sounds like a blast.

Rounding out the order

Anytime. I figure if I'm going to be poor from buying movies I might as well take everyone with me.
