Filmyard/Colony Capital sold off Miramax circa 2014. I think most of the properties are now owned by beIN Media Group/Paramount Skydance Corporation.

StudioCanal no longer list it in their catalogue so maybe it's with Paramount. It was an IM Global/Intermedia property.

I did some Googling, Miramax released it in the UK originally, and still controls it there.

Miramax/Buena Vista are credited on the quad theatrical poster and the 2002 DVD:



The 2011 BD from Optimum has the Miramax logo on it.

And it's still streaming in the UK, credited to Miramax:

Looks like Miramax/Paramount has the UK rights in perpetuity, same as the US.
