Decided to quit smoking

Wow!!!! great support, thanks a lot everyone - never expected such responses, and congrats to all that have quit. I feel that after 40 years of smoking and my many previous attempts at quitting that I now have the resolve to do it this time.

I haven't told any physical being yet that I've quit, (I know, you guys are physical beings too ) but you know what I mean. probably because it's one of those "boy who called wolf" situations where they've heard it before and only expect failure.
