Braveheart - $10 Rebate - Blu-ray Forum

I noticed a $10 rebate for Braveheart if you own a dvd version. If anybody has taken advantage of this offer I am curious as to what you have to do. Mail in the old dvd or cut out the proof of purchase on the dvd package and mail that in? The latter would certainly be cheaper in terms of postage cost. Thanks.

You just have to send in a proof of purchase from your DVD.

my copy didn't come with the rebate form. Guess I can't do it then. I did send it in for "Ghost" earlier this year, though.

Do I have to cut out the PROOF OF PURCHASE? Or can I just photocopy it?
