We had the same identical problem. Seperate shipment and it seems each movie was split up into a different order. I just received an e-mail telling me to expect my refund in 3 days. I wonder how many people are in the same position as us? I know we can't be the only one. With all the odering people have done it's easy for things to get lost in the mix.

I think it's a glitch in the system that is causing the error...orders being split up is probably the catalyst. So if your order was split to "receive your items faster" or to different addresses, I'd definitely look over your billing details/invoice. |
