I also have Netflix and they seem to only get the new release BD's in stock. They have some of the old ones, but the selection of older BD's is slim. I called to complain and I was told that the more demand there is for a movie (i.e. more queues it is stored in) then the more movies they will order. We just have to get more blu users on Netflix and all is settled!! That and continually request new titles on BD!

My question is how can we queue titles that don't exist? So, I guess if you don't call and complain then there is no chance of seeing that title in Blu. I hope everybody complains. That will make them pay attention

Good point... Netflix does seem to have a certain level of inertia when it comes to stocking catalog titles on Blu-Ray. I hard Pearl Harbor on my queue for the longest time. I still have Discovery Atlas: Australia, China, and Italy as being "Availability unknown" although these titles were released eons ago (for some reason Discovery Atlas: Brazil is available!).

I also seem to wait forever to get movies - Blood Diamond is a good example... I had that movie on my queue 2 weeks before BD release - but to date have a "Very Long Wait" on it... So, if one you guys is holding onto the only copy that Netflix seems to have - return it!!

That's true too. I had 300 at the top of my queue for ever. I hadn't seen it in the theater. It was one of those rare films that come to Blu-ray that I haven't already seen by the time they are released. Anyways, I was waiting and waiting for the disk to get to the house. It was probably a month before I got a chance to see it. Just out of curosity I had my roomate put 300 on DVD at the top of his queue the same time I added the Blu-ray. My roomate had the disk inside of a week.
