Maybe your order was already prepared for dispatch before you had time to fully cancel the whole order. I have always found their customer service fantastic so give them and email when you get your package and i'm sure they will be happy to refund

Oh I didnt realise they had done that. Its not really like Amazon to do something like that. Hopefully they will refund you as thats not really acceptable. I suppose you could put it down to how busy companies have been over the holidays. Mix-ups happen unfortunately

It could be them being busy, but I feel this order was forced on me. When Amazon.com canceled a part of my order there were 2 links in the email, one to cancel the whole order, and one to finalize the order with the remaining items.
It just angers me that now I have to wait and get either a refund which takes weeks (counting UK to US shipping time) or if that fails, call my CC and get the charge back. Which is the equivalent of "screw you" to the company that charged me (Amazon) and I love Amazon. |
