Lies.. RMS power is easy to find.. I finished pre calc in HS and have never once in my life used in in electrical, car audio or carpentry.. Useless As long as you can figure out Voltage, resistance and current flow ( and avg AC/DC ) you can do almost anything in the field.. Ohms Law helps too.. The link you posted is overkill


Edit.. That also does happen to be one of the easiest calculus equation i've ever seen.. But it is a nice touch saying they are "used in Physics and Electrical engineering
