Is this movie ever going to be released on Blu? I saw the HD DVD version of the movie and it looked amazing. I guess we can only hope right?

I hope so. I really like the film, so it's a definite buy for me if it's ever released.

Many of us pick up HD DVD players on ebay for $30 to $40 and then pay $3.00 for many of the HD dvd movies such as lost in translation. I have two hd dvd players now and both perfect as well as one bluray player.

Actually quite surprised to find there is no Blu-ray available, what gives?

The hddvd version was not very impressive, though it had some significant difference from the dvd. I just hope that the bluray version will be something much better.
