Yes...but they wouldn't stop selling them and still have them on their website.

Yes they would..Warner directly would not sell HD-DVD's on their website if tomorrow they announce they are Blu-Ray exclusive. They would have shipped and still ship any remaining HD-DVD stock to other retailers. You could still buy the remaining Warner HD-DVD's from retailers just like you can still get some paramount titles on Blu-Ray at retailers.
