So recently, I ordered The Matrix Digibook version from a different seller on Amazon.com. The problem was that I received the regular Blu-Ray Matrix instead of the different Digibook version. I already contacted the seller and Amazon about this issue, but the problem is, I might not get what I want for another week or so. I'm asking is the Digibook worth it, or should I just keep the regular Blu-Ray edition of the Matrix? Are all the special features the same? Of course it pisses me off I didn't get what I ordered, but I'm debating not going through all the trouble of re-sending things and waiting another week or so to get the right order. What do you think?

well that all depends on you, how much of a fan are you about this film? if your a huge fan then i'd get the digibook since it looks alot better and has a ton of cool things in the actual book to read and such. i have the digibook of this and would never give it up for the regular. but i do love the movie and digibooks aswell.

This is a very subjective question. It really comes down to how much you prefer the regular case or the digibook. Some people love the digibooks, some people don't care either way, and some people outright hate them.

Seriously, does it matter? It's the same Blu-ray disc, different case. Personally, I wish Amazon sent me the regular case. The Matrix is the only movie I have in a digibook case, it just looks weird among the other movies. But really, it's the same experience on your TV, isn't that what counts?

Actually... I'd say if you ordered the digibook, you should get the digibook. But I am a fan of them (and have a few other ones as well). It's not about the disc being the same, it's more about if you want the book (which contains things like words and pretty color pictures
![]() And who knows, maybe the seller will be super nice and just send you the digibook free of charge. I've had that happen quite a few times on sites like Half.com and ebay. |

I can't stand them. I'll be waiting for The Exorcist and Se7en to be released in normal cases. I hate digibooks and they look hideous among my other Blu-Rays. the only one I have right now is for Poltergeist, which I plan on selling. Hopefully Se7en and The Exorcist get released soon in normal cases. I don't know why Warner doesn't just release both of them and make the digibook cost more... ![]() |

I wish Warner Brothers would either just STOP making digibooks or START releasing normal cases, as well with the digibooks so people have a choice. They could charge more for the digibooks, also. Although, I have a feeling that'll never happen. ![]() |

But the only one worth anything is the first. Especially if you already own the trilogy on DVD. My local pawn shop has at least 20 copies of Matrix Reloaded and Revolutions for $1.50
