Default ITV's Primeval

Anyone else watch this wonderful show? I am so happy it got renewed for a 4th and 5th series so hopefully we either get more series or a proper finale. I think Cutter or Connor would be my favorite characters in this series.

After

[Show spoiler]Cutter was killed and Jenny left

all my enjoyment in the show went out the window. I'm not really sure why, as the show still had a strong cast. I'm going to watch the rest of it though, especially since I heard a certain character is returning.

It's definitely a well crafted show. Who knows, maybe this extended time away from it has renewed my interest.

Yeah I defiantly lost something when that happened but I still had Connor who I liked on the show and I thought it was
[Show spoiler]a well thought out death for him that had a pretty cool future impact if/when they get back to it
. I just don't like that (series 4 spoiler)
[Show spoiler]series 4 will take place a few months after series 3 and we don't see the cliff hanger resolved but rather learn how they got back
.

Yeah it got renwed for a 4th and 5th series so a 6th series will depend on how well the 4th and 5th do. BBC America will be airing it though and not syfy like they did the 3rd series since they are a co producer on the 4th and 5th series and bought the TV rights.

detective392 I think you have it a bit wrong, Primeval isn't a BBC show, it was produed by a company called Impossible Pictures and was shown in the UK on ITV as a rival for Doctor Who. It might been shown on BBC America in the US, but it wasn't made by the BBC, so I think the title will need to be changed.

You're right I wasn't thinking I just thought British and BBC when I knew in the back of my mind it was ITV that aired it.

[Show spoiler]what Connor and Abby did while trapped in the past.

One last update before the show airs but it will be premiering on BBCA January 1st. The same day as the UK premier.

No Blu release anywhere yet. I bet that series 4 and 5 will come to Blu-ray though hopefully.

Loved the series 4 opener and can't wait to see what's to come next in this series. Can't believe they
[Show spoiler]killed Sarah off though as I knew she wasn't coming back but didn't think she died.
Really hope we get more action in the past in this series.

No problem good to find another Primeval fan. Sherlock will be returning later this year with 3 more episodes around Fall I would say. Haven't seen the first season yet but got the Blu this Christmas so can't wait to start it.

[Show spoiler]one more ep with them still stuck there but I think they did a good job. I also like Abby's new look
as for
[Show spoiler]Quinn
I think we will be in for a nice surprise

Yeah would have been cool to see them
[Show spoiler]stuck for one more episode.
Wonder how
[Show spoiler]Quinn is able to survive as for what I can remember he didn't know much about dinosaurs and doesn't have the knowledge that Abby and Connor did

Awesome and I have high hopes that BBCA will also release it on Blu-ray as they do for most of there popular shows like Who, Being Human, Torchwood. Also them co producing doesn't hurt us either.

Yeah I just can't wait to find out.
