Why does it say "Some players may not access all the special features"?

That's been standard CYA wording on DVDs for years, not just Blus

Maybe the supplements are in 1080i, that's my guess. Disney will not lower their standards to 720p/1080i for a full-feature film.

Why does the UK version have a 1.85 aspect ratio and the US version 2.35?

Man you know Disney has got to be Pi$$ed off at the guy who made this typo.

We have several people confirming it is indeed a typo as the video status on people's screens read "1080p". Where as a true 1080i movie will read "1080i".

I just recieved it from amazon called disney @ the 1-800 # printed on the disc
and they apoliged about the misprint and of corse confirmed that it was indeed

A MISPRINT!!! IMHO they should issue a press statement about the error
and put out stickers to attach to the packaging of the mis printed boxes
confirming 1080p.

I agree totally. Stickers on cases and a press release would really help.

Mine was also from BB. 1080i on the packaging for me as well. Guess it's a collectors item now
I think Disney did this just to give the DUD'ers something to talk about. You know they've gotta have something to talk about since they don't have any real releases on the way. Maybe this will just get some more publicity for the format & people will start to understand what it's all about.

If you own a 1080i TV, its not a misprint.

I bought my POTC3 BD in the US and for some reason it had a crappy bilingual cover on it, PLUS it won't play on my 60GB PS3 (firmware 2.01)

Damn you Disney.

Well, at the rate things are going and were it's headed, this is going to be the norm rather than the abnormal.

I think it's disgusting. Anyway, you got a foul copy. The US release is not bilingual.
