A little off topic here but I made the order to get the Shrek boxset off amazon.ca to be shipped Dec 7th. free shipping of course but I wanted to make another order for an Oct 26th release my question is, Is there a way to order the Oct 26th item to have it shipped on that date instead of shipping the items together on the Dec. 7th date? I know you can pay extra or something but I was wondering if theres a way around that. Thanks

I, too, preordered the Shrek quad pack for the awesome 37.79 price, and now since going into "my orders" and viewing the link attached, it brings me to a different listing of the product for 53.89.

So they must have realized some sort of screw-up and rerouted my order to technically a different item (from ASIN #B0046A9RMC to #B0046H9Q2Q) but my original preorder price of 37.79 still stands. Sweet!

I'm assuming they're going to honour the existing orders at the previous lower price, even if it was an error on their part, and ship the proper Blu-ray set and not the DVD format (ASIN #B0046K0AXM) when it streets...

Thanks to OP and everyone else for the heads-up!

If you're ordering at the same time, login to your account and theres an option to "edit this order" and you can edit shipping options in there and pick "as they come available". It'll still be free if your october 26th item is $25 otherwise, you will have to pay a charge on it.

did you order this other item yet? if you haven't just place a new order and they wont be related...you just wont get free shipping on this new order unless its at least 25.00. It has no relationship with the current order.

If you puchased it at the same time i guess you can try what the other poster said or if you don't want to take a risk edit your order and remove it from your original order and place it as a new order. Make sure you remove the other item and not shrek though

That is a great deal and I have been waiting for GWTW to drop in price as I already have the DVD version.

However, one thing that bugs me about the UCE is that for WIZARD OF OZ, the disc holder is a DVD-sized book even though it holds BDs. I guess they only manufactured one size book for both DVD and BD sets.

Looking at GWTW, it looks to be the same case here with a DVD-sized case. Since I already have WIZARD OF OZ: UCE, I already have the third disc from the GWTW set.

With the 2-disc set at $17, I'm tempted to get that instead. All of the gadgets/widgets are nice, but really they stay in the box and in the basement.

I'm still waiting for an appropriate event to pull out and wear my WIZARD OF OZ watch.

My mistake. The 2-disc is $41 (!) but I'm sure I saw it somewhere else in the $20 range.

The box-set you mention is good, except that I already picked up CASABLANCA for $10 from Walmart as well, so $41 for two movies is not that great of a deal for me.

I wasn't even aware there were two disc versions of these? I believe the only difference is North by Northwest won't be the digibook.

Thankfully, I don't have any of these yet.

Not only asking if you want to cancel, but if you want to pay an extra $5 for the dvd version on top of it. It must really piss off dvd users when they have to pay more for an inferior version.
