It's a Target exclusive (Blu-ray + DVD + Digital Copy Combo Pack). It might not be in the database.

The first Tinkerbell movie just recently got a re-release that included a DVD copy on 9/28/10 I believe. I am pretty sure that one needs to be added to the Blu-ray.com database too. Also there was a Target exclusive Blu-ray + DVD version of Kung Fu Panda that was released the same time as Monsters vs Aliens last year, and it probably isn't in the database either.

Quick question is this list only supposed to include separate DVD discs or is it going to include flipper discs too, like it currently does? Also I assume it is supposed to be DVD copies of the main film and not some supplemental feature or bonus film that was included? If it is main film only I have two more changes for you.

I think that Street Fighter Legend of Chun Li maybe didn't have a DVD copy of the film included. I'm pretty sure that 3-disc set was 1 Blu-ray, 1 Digital Copy Disc, & 1 DVD copy of the Animated Origins movie Not the Legend of Chun Li. Also Gone With the Wind, I'm pretty sure the DVD copy specified in those listings is actually the double sided DVD flipper disc of When the Lion Roars documentary and not the feature film. The same bonus disc was included in the 3 and 4 disc version of Wizard of Oz.

Yeah, I am including the actual film on the DVDs rather than supplemental features so I will remove the ones you mentioned above. Whenever someone finds the time to add Tinkerbell and Kung Fu Panda I will add them tot his list.
