I just got my Pioneer Elite and had Best Buy Magnolia Price match to a local NY store I found on the internet for $1035.00 That is from a MSRP of $1600.

I cannot say enough about how awesome this receiver is. With 4 HDMI inputs, Ipod Dirrect connect, Sirius or XM direct connect, a microphone you hook up to auto adjust sound levels......and so on and so on. It has all the latest audio supported playback, including True HD and THX. It is 7:1 and has a ton of inputs. It reses analog up to 1080i digital to send pure digital to TV, AMAZING!!

This has been rated as the best on the market and now I know why.
