As well as some of the titles previously mentioned, I hope Universal will get around to releasing the following titles in 2012:

These titles are probably not considered to be big box-office winners so maybe Criterion will be able to license some of them.

As far as the older classics are concerned, Vertigo and Double Indemnity would be top of my list.

Play Misty for Me - gooooooooood one.

Nowhere near the top of any of my lists but an almost guaranteed autobuy should it ever get a good release. I first saw that in a high school film class (along with other 'faves to this day' What's Up Tiger Lilly? and Bedazzled) and for as goofy and unstructured as that class could be I can honestly say it was one of those educational exercises that might have actually succeeded in prying my perceptions ever so slightly more open.

A splendid time is guaranteed for all! Considering there was a fairly recent DVD release (2005) I could see them putting this out on BD eventually. If not next year then maybe for its 35th anniversary in 2013. Think I will pull out my DVD and give it a spin this week!
