Why is this thread under North America?

Basically the question at the top, because threads about releases in other countries are here as well, so it should be moved to a more general place.

Two Answers:

1. There are releases in other countries that aren't in North America and vice-versa.

2. You are fully capable of starting a thread just like this one in another area rather than questioning the existence of this one. Right?

Yeah, I am capable of doing so, but all i'm saying, this is a wishlist, and threads from the other countries, i.e. the UK for example, gets moved here, so it doesn't make sense to have this wishlist under North America.
