You're around the corner from me... I'm in burlington... I highly recommend the Benjamin Moore Flat Black... great paint, goes on nice and smooth, buy a nice roller and you won't see strokes, if your ceiling is well primed I think it can even go on in a single coat... I painted my ceiling just a couple of weeks ago and it looks great.
