It is Canon that NOTHING can kill a Sith except another Sith, or Sith to be (Anikan took down Dooku as a final part of his training, though he didn't realize it and Darth Maul was never a real Sith as quoted by Dooku in the Revenge book, more a Dark Jedi, an "animal" he called him).

Sauron was taken down by a man. Saruman's army was defeated by trees which could be easily destroyed by the Clone Army or a single Jedi or Sith, or advanced weapon (see the Planet Devatators from the comics).

A lone Jedi or Sith would not defeat an army of 10,000 orcs in a battle using standard Jedi weaponry (lightsaber and the force). Put her in a ship, I suppose she could just blast them continuously from the sky from a safe distance. Of course, if this is the case, she wouldn't have to be a Jedi/Sith. She could be Carol Burnett.
