exactly. this is what they do on open item exchanges. they open the new case there and check the disc. so why not just swap out the discs?

I think since it is their exclusive they just cannot swap from the regular Blu-ray and do whatever they do with defect exchanges because it would have something to do with the way their inventory system works. I think I was told something like that awhile back.

I love BB but just had the worst experience ever. So pissed, almost got kicked out. Ended up calling corp to complain about Tony (man who treated me like dirt) then I explained about the issue and they said they would let it be known. I got store credit but that wasnt the issue I just couldn't believe how many times this guy lied to me.
