This. Amazon is pretty damn lenient when it comes to returns, etc. To have them shut down your account makes me think you were abusing their return policy by sending everything back and demanding refunds on things that were probably just fine.
You want to know a dirty little secret of retail? The customer is NOT always right. And I'm glad when companies stop taking abuse and put self-entitled consumers in their place. Like others have said, if you had a problem with the delivery companies, that's not Amazon and you should have taken up your issues with them directly. Also, in regards to your statement that they never put things in your mailbox - the only courier that is actually allowed to deliver to your mailbox is the Unites States Postal Service.
