Pre-Ordered from Amazon.Com, sadly got the 3D vanilla discs, Amazon is RMA shipping me another copy, but i called the number in the email below and they had me verify the disc physically by flipping it over and reading the hologram serial number on the disc. Once verified they took my info and said that they would send me a replacement disc.

They believed that Amazon sending another copy would not solve the issue since they cant verify which batch they are filling orders from and since they were the host distributors that they can directly send me a replacement. They did not give a time frame but said it would take 2 days to process.

Ill post an update when all is done, but for now ill repost the distributors email and info for those who might get the same problem.

Please be advised that Disc 2 of the 3-Disc Katy Perry The Movie: Part of Me Blu-ray 3D Combo release may not include the special features as listed on the product’s packaging. A vanilla disc (that contains the Blu-ray 2D movie with no special features) was inadvertently included within a limited quantity of this SKU.

We are working rapidly to remedy the situation and expect to resume processing orders with corrected product by Thursday, September 13th. The SKU number will not change but the corrected product will have a yellow barcode to visually distinguish it from early product.

Consumers who purchase “Katy Perry The Movie: Part of Me” Blu-ray 3D and find they have purchased one of these exception discs are eligible to receive a replacement Blu-ray 2D disc (with special features) free of charge by following these instructions:

A toll free consumer hot line, 877-DELUXE6 (877-335-8936), and a consumer email address, KP3D@bydeluxe.com, will be established at street date so that consumers can work directly with Deluxe to receive the correct 2D BD disc. The hotline will be available 8am to 6pm Pacific, Monday-Friday. Consumers will not have to return the existing disc.
