It's not a terrible film, just not a particularly good one.

I'd certainly re-watch this over Expendables any day.

No. The lead actor may lack charisma but he can ACT, unlike most of those in The Expendables. The scene where Arnie makes his return is the most wooden, amateur performance I've seen in a film in a LONG time.

And don't get me started on the complete lack of decent dialog or any kind of cohesive underlying story where The Expendables is concerned.

Ha I completely disagree with so much of this statement I can't be bothered arguing with you...

missed this at the cinema, so was looking forward to watching this as a rental, which I just did. thought it was pretty bad! boring as! couldn't care less about anyone or anything by the end of the movie.
Glad I did not make a blind buy of this which I almost considered.

Easily the worst film I've seen at the cinema this year so far, and I go a lot, at least twice a week if not once a week. I've seen most releases at the cinema and this just takes the cake. I don't know what I was expecting, but having the likes of Willis and Weaver in the same film, they could have done so much better. I've honesty tried to block it out of my mind, it was that bad. It was the first time I'd been to a cinema and thought the film was so bad that I immediately bought a ticket for the next showing of another film. That other film turned out to be The Cabin In The Woods, one of my favourite films of the year, so all in all it was a good day
