I think it was distributed by Entertainment over here in the UK so I'd be surprised if it did - they're decidedly no-frills with their packaging. Never released a steelbook and only once did a slip.

Indeed we did.

I'd also like the original, original Star Wars films to be released in individual steelbooks. I'm not particularly offended by what George has done to the films over the years and have watched each individual film far more than any of the other blu rays I own (probably 5 or 6 times each in the last year) but it'd definitely be awesome to have the original versions on Blu Ray and, with the original poster art being used, we could see some awesome steels for the OT.

Completely agreed. Individual steelbooks for all six films would be amazing. As long as they spaced out the releases because I imagine you'd have to get them all in one go - they wouldn't hang around on pre-order for long, let alone after release.

Making a steelbook seems a sure-fire way to get more sales (as a lot of distributors seem to have cottoned on to) and it'd definitely make for an awesome steel.

I hope so - it would make for an awesome steel and surely, as you say, Entertainment can see there's an audience out there who would spend the extra? People on here may complain about Play.com taking advantage of us with all of their releases but who are we kidding - we love to be taken advantage of! Come on, Entertainment - use us!

But then neither The Artist or Hugo got one and they both could have had really nice ones so it's not likely.
