since you opened the thread guess i'll post my question too. i got a hitachi 42" 8800 plasma which does 1024x1024. im looking to upgrade to a sony 46x and just wondering how big of a difference will i see. just bought planet earth on BD today and it already looked so much better than the dvd version. anyone would recommend the upgrade?
