I think people are reading way too much into Kirk Cousins. He could be just another Matt Flynn, Kevin Kolb or Matt Cassel.

Good news out of Buffalo today is that Urbik signed an extension to this contract. That's big for us, all signs point to Byrd resigning with us as well. The question mark is going to be Levitre, he's one of the most underrated offensive lineman in the league and has said nothing about wanting to resign with Buffalo recently.

Do not be surprised if he demands a trade this offseason. I don't think the Redskins want to deal him with RGIII's habit of taking a lot of hits, but they might not have much of a choice.

And don't you be surprised if he doesn't, he knows this system, he knows RG3 is any play away from being done for extended amounts of time and best of all they get along EXTREMELY well. You should see all the hugging and working together him and RG3 do, honestly if you let me stand next to Cousins during the Browns game thats what it would look like, without the sexual harassment.

I don't know that he could say go to the jets and make them a playoff team, but if he got some stability I could see him progressing very well. Maybe AZ or the bills.

I'm a little surprised listening to sports radio of late it seems like most of the commentators still seem to support Luck for Offensive ROY. I'm not sure how that can be. Luck's numbers are decent and he has little talent around him, but it's not like Griffin has all that much around him either and Griffin's numbers blow Luck's away. And if you weigh team records it's pretty much a wash between Luck, Griffin and Wilson as all three of their teams have similar records and are possible playoff teams.

the people talking about Andrew Luck making the Colts relevant again makes me sick

I like what he's done and he is pretty good but the team is only 2 years removed from a division title and 3 from a super bowl appearance

it's not like the team is devoid of talent, they just completely mailed it in last year after Manning was out

RG3 is the ROY, the Redskins have been in the cellar of that division for YEARS and now they lead it

The Jets need to go after Smith or try and make some sort of trade for Matt Flynn and fire Rex and the GM then bring in Bill Polian (If he isn't too comfortable at ESPN) and a competent coach

He could be but as someone who watch Cousins for 4 years while he started at MSU I can tell you the Skins have a good set of QB on there roster. Remember Cousins took MSU from mediocrity to several Big Ten Titles as well as 3 New Years day bowl games and 3 10 win seasons. Cousins is good and given time to develop he might be great, i wont put him up there with either manning at any stage of there careers, but ill bet you he could be just as good as Romo given the opportunity to play.
