Hmm a little bit surprising, at times, heck, off the top of my head, I don't even have a clue who the #1 spot guy even is or a few others like Kenji Sahara and Haruo Nakajima, although a lot of it isn't so surprising (once you take long series box sets into account). I figure it's also skewed since there are some big box sets in the mix and I have multiple versions of some movies and even of some box sets and, also, at this time, I have yet to enter many of my blu-rays into the database yet. I bet I only have like a third entered so far so if they are all entered I'm sure things would change around some.

Off the top of my head, my first pics would be Tom Welling and Allison Mack, since they were the two actors in the most episodes of Smallville.

After them would probably be the cast of the Harry Potter films, since I have them all.

I have all the Pixar and MCU titles, so according to this site Stan Lee (30) and John Ratzenberger (24) are the Top 2, with Samuel L. Jackson also tied for second at 24.

I own a lot of animated/kids movies so it's interesting to see how many voice actors are in my Top 10. A few other standouts that aren't completely tied to the MCU and animated films are Cate Blanchett (17), Tom Cruise (16), and Willem Dafoe (13).

Overall the tops are David Duchovny and Gillian Anderson followed by the main cast of the Golden Girls. If it's just movies then probably Harrison Ford, as I have 5 of his movies. But my collection is small at the moment. That could change six months from now.
