im so getting the gift set for sure and that anime inspired Batman movie sounds awesome to bad its dvd only though

Let's hope that Warner gives us a new encode of Batman Begins on Blu-ray. I was underwhelmed by the HD DVD PQ as it lacked high frequency detail.

I really hope so too.. WB has really pi$$ed me off with its HD-DUD ports to Blu-ray. They still have yet to make a Blu-ray specific encode that takes advantage of the better technology.

I've been saying since September 10th, 2007 that this would come out around the time of The Dark Knight.

(I know the date, because I just looked up the e-mail that mentioned it)

The only reason why I didn't get the HD DVD version is because I want the complete Dark Knight saga in Blu.
