Default I think Blu-ray Movie sales are going to take a little dip in April

There is only two movies i think i might buy in April and that's the Golden Campass and Predator. I really hope Predator is a good transfer it's a classic. Other than those two i think us Blu-ray fans have a very unfortunate set of selections to choose from in the Month mentioned. That said there is about Four Must Have titles for me in the Month of May...Twister - The Chronicles of Narnia: The Lion, the Witch and the Wardrobe - Master and Commander and Short Circuit. P.s. May cannot come soon enough for me.

Don't forget Juno and the excellent Before the Devil Knows You're Dead, both dropping on 4/15.

Oh god. ...Juno......

In my opinion, that was one of the worst movies of all time. If it werent for the acting - which was good enough - i would give it a 0 out of 5.

I dare you to listen to some clips of the songs on the soundtrack. They = hilariously bad. Especially the song "Vampire".

Oh well, Thats completely my opinion. I know some people out there somehow liked the movie.

Still, I think i would rather take death over sitting through the whole thing again.

Wish fox wouldn't region lock their titles as it means I cant get Juno.

April will be a slower month however of purely new releases I plan on getting (as well as buying a few back catalogue titles):

Black Sheep (UK)
Alvin And The Chipmunks (UK)
The Orphanage (Spanish or US version)
Before the Devil Knows You're Dead (US version)

Exactly. There's tons of great stuff coming in April.

I'm down for a couple of those myself. Especially AVP2 and Golden Compass.

And don't forget The Water Horse is out that month also.

There will be plenty of Blu-Ray out there for a variety of film fans.

Yeah, I was kind of depressed by the release list for April:

For me, I consider getting:

* Unbreakable (Walt Disney)
* The 6th Day (Sony)
* Juno (Fox)
* Predator (Fox)

Juno is the only new title that will be available and that I might want to buy, I'm not sure if it's worth it (is it really a good comedy? I don't want to get a sentimental movie). As for the catalog titles, I don't have any rush to get them so I might wait for a sale...

Well, I guess April will be easier on the wallet...

I really liked Juno, though I watched it on a tiny PSP screen. However it is a sentimental movie. The writing reminded me of Gilmore Girls. It has some funny lines but mostly it's a serious movie, about teen pregnancy.

I liked the Movie so much on the small screen that I'm taking my GF to see it tommorow in a movie theater (2nd run theater where you sit in leather seats from lincoln towncars, and eat during the movie).
