Only 6 years later than the US....

Could of sworn there was a UK release of the initial version.

Hopefully this will be the updated edition.

Just bought the Digibook edition. Nice packaging

I doubt the disc will be any better on the September release

The reissue did have a lossless audio track however i found the difference to be minimal . The PQ on the reissue was identical to the original blu ray and is no further away from the SE dvd upscaled. This was released by Warner before they got their act together on back catalogue.

Could HAVE or "could've". "Could of" is meaningless. Please, let's not disseminate this grammatical atrocity!

Meaningless yes, Much like your post! If we are going to insist on picking apart grammar on this forum there would be no time to discuss anything else.

I had wondered what happened to this and 'Whatever Happened To Baby Jane?'. They both had September dates and then vanished from Amazon. I now see they're both back, thankfully. Two titles that seem to have taken an age to get UK Blu-ray releases.

Does this release have the 5.1 track plus the new reunion featurette w/ cast from the US 40th Anniversary Digibook edition?

I'm still trying to find out if the UK blu-ray has the 5.1 audio and Reunion featurette with cast like US 40th Anniv digibook. I have combed the internet and I can't find out anywhere.

Sorry mate, just got your PM and was going to reply this morning coincidentally but ran out of time.
It definitely has the reunion vid...so striking because of how frail Burt Reynolds now is.
I will check the audio when I get home
