I agree. It's not like a verbal joke... these things stay around and will get brought up time after time especially by new members. Six months from now we could still be answering posts about Star wars coming out imminently for £5.00 (or something similar).

We have enough of that without it being April 1st.

I am glad that they don't allow joke topics, I come here to read the news and see what people are talking about. if I want jokes then I'd go out and talk with people or go to a joke site.
