Lorax 3D Digital and UV Copies Included?

I got a copy of the Lorax 3D and it is supposed to have Digital Copy and UV, but the cover art doesn't indicate anywhere on the front or back that it is included. Has anyone else got a cover like this and were the Digital and UV copy codes included?

Only the slip mentions it I believe. It has both UV and iTunes DC in it.

That is why you didn't get the DC/UV with your copy. Did you get your copy from Amazon?

I did get mine from Amazon. I bit the bullet and opened it an the codes are inside. If Universal is going to ship this movie without the slip cover from now on, they should put a sticker on the shrink wrap indicating that the Digital Copy and UV are included since it is not indicated on the title's artwork on the back.
