Default Disney Animation on Blu

Now I understand the platinum movies, but what about movies like Lilo and Stitch. Now they havent had special releases on DVD, how come they dont just come out on Blu

well thats probably what disney will do is release it day and date with the special edition dvd and plus lilo and stitch we probably wont see that on blu until like either this fall or probably 1st quarter of 2009

Well I didnt mean specifically Lilo and Stitch, I meant, movies that are popular, but arent the classic disney movies. I dont think besides Pixar there are any animation Disney movies? Meet the Robinsons might be the only one

i rather have something like Fantasia or Nightmare Before Christmas and next year is supposed to be like a pixar year of blu-ray

Disney has done an impeccable job with its Blu-ray releases up to this point. I cannot wait to pik up Sleeping Beauty in October. My guess is that they are not gonna be in the business of rushing titles to market that have not been properly prepared for Blu-ray release. I will be patient since I still own most of the classics on DVD and I will pick them up on Blu-ray as they make their debut on high definition.
