Definetly this will be something worth waiting for! I remember when the first Ghost in the Shell movie came out on dvd, its graphics and storyline were groundbreaking. Would I be wrong in comparing it to the Matrix for Japanese animation?

Well, the base material is excellent. I can only hope they will work directly with Masamune Shirow and Mamoru Oshii for this live adaptation ...
