No disrespect to anyone here that works at B.B but I really hate going in there and talking to the stupid employees, ecpessially the cashiers. I avoid conversation at all costs. They are always trying to push other garbage on me (magazines, credit cards, service plans). I would have been so anoyyed in your position Skull!

I was in there 2 weeks ago buying a Blu and the cashier made sure, 2 to 3 times, that I owned a B.D player or, "this won't play on a DVD player".

"Thanks Einstein"

To be fair, they probably have their fair share of morons returning BDs because they don't play on DVD players.

Agreed, but asking me 2, 3 times? I told him, "ya I know, ya I know". Just sometimes you get treated like your a complete moron. When more often than not, as in Skulls case, the employees are clueless.

Me, too.

I don't deal with them at all, anymore. Just place my order online, pick it up, and walk out.

Many of us actually prefer that too! Part of my job is talking people into ordering online RATHER than coming into the store.

Wow, what was that BB employee thinking? You'd think that they would be better trained in the tech stuff. That's just me, but if you're going to sell something, you may as well do your research and learn about the stuff that you're selling.

They're too busy training them to try and sell me frickin' magazines as I'm checking out...
