Ender's game- Did not knock my socks off like I was expecting it to, though it's two conclusions got me a bit misty eyed.

Ringworld- I thought that it was pretty OK. Did not blow me away, similar to my Ender's game expectations. Mostly loved the part regarding the luck of Teela Brown and The Fist of God. But I really feel like I started reading a book in the middle of a series instead of starting from it's beginning(kinda like only reading The Two Towers).

The Forever War- Fantastic!!! Just what I was hoping for, plus great unexpected humor to boot.
This one I highly recommend.

Foundation- This was another one that underwhelmed me also. It held my attention and kept my interest, but I will not bother with it's sequels, and will most likely remember very very little of it in the years to come.




I just received my copy of 'Dan Simmons' Hyperion today and will start reading it sometime this week. Cannot wait to start this one, as I really have HIGH hopes for it, because it's reviews look utterly fantastic!

Should really read the next two Foundation books, it's meant to be one big thing. As a whole it's a looot better than just Foundation.
Also, you'll enjoy Hyperion and want to get to Fall of Hyperion right after since it's pretty vital to the first one.

Yep. I immensely enjoyed it. Absolutely fantastic! It is one of my all time favorites now.

I have read the *fall (Hyperion Cantos: Hyperion, The Fall of Hyperion) too, as that part of the original book just split because of it's size.
