The Clear and Present Danger BD is from the 2013 Jack Ryan set.

I looked around the case and it looks like its Elite.

I had a shipment from Casetopia and two of the single BD cases were like that. I just threw them away since it was only two.

I started to throw the first three or four away, because I figured that was a forgivable percentage out of 100 cases, but I gradually realized that there were too many improperly-molded cases to give this a pass.

Nothing that bad before, worst case was maybe 1-2 cases having a partially cracked spine.

Discmakers is sending 25 Viva Elite cases to me for free to make up for the damaged discs in my previous shipment. Hurray for superb customer service!

The 25 packs tend to come in a slightly thicker double walled box, along with the smaller box size, tends to reduce the probability of damaged cases.

Was just about to say you still can order singles from Casetopia, but just looked again. It depends on the brand and disc capacity.

Viva Elite Single Disc and Colors you can order individually. Others like Scanvo and Vortex Single Disc you need to order by packs of 10 or more. Slim 6mm Viva Single Disc cases also need to be ordered in packs of 10 or more.

Double Disc cases all look like packs of 10 or more minimum.

Multi-Disc (3-10 Discs) can all be ordered individually.
