Apparently the TT transfer is slightly better PQ wise, but frankly I don't know how because I thought this looked absolutely fantastic and is one of the nicest looking catalogue titles I own. I would say buy with confidence and the extras are really great as well which the TT version doesn't have.

Comparison of the Sony and Twilight Time transfers here.
Very minor differences, Twilight Time transfer looks a hair sharper, but I doubt you'd be able to tell the difference even if you had 2 TVs running side by side.
