Yup Pacific Rim was the best film of 2013 in my book. Also loved Evil Dead. Got Em!!

I can't believe Spring Breakers and Upstream Color are on this list.

I can. Both are very divisive films. I wouldn't be surprised to see both on the Best Of list as well.

Reynolds character and story held ripd back, should've been an over the top spectacle through and through

Well here's my comments on that trash from the release thread:

"Wife and I rented last night. We both absolutely HATED it. It's fascinating to see something with so much money dumped into it fail on every level. Script was awful, acting was bad (save for Bridge's chewing scenery like crazy) and that CG? Wow, I'm surprised it released with effects that poor. Ugh."

So yeah, it's place was well earned.

I had such high hopes for RIPD and even though I was disappointed, I did somewhat enjoy it. Jeff Bridges and Ryan Reynolds went well together I thought. Can't stand Kevin Bacon though. He destroys everything he is in.

Oh this is going to get fun now. The Spring Breakers apologists are one thing but the OGF fans are a whole other breed. Some jimmies are about to be rustled.

Only God Forgives was a laughable piece of boring pretentiousness .
If you cannot see through the facade that this is an exercise is trying to be art-y while having no substance you have blinders on.
It has a few redeeming technical qualities but overall it is a massive failure on multiple levels.
Sorry but have to say it.

It deserves its place high up on this list and may be the highest place a movie without a wide release gets on the list

Me giving a plus one to a chris sc77 post, there's something you see once in a blue moon.

Wow alot of fun movies on this list and one horrible POS in the twenties i woulda pegged for top #5 After Earth.

I enjoyed like 5 of these they were fun not master pieces but ive seen way worse last year. Pacific rim, Were the millers, intership and hanzel and gretel.

And i like Gangser squad and Kicks Ass 2 alot

How lone ranger isnt top #5 either? Does Johny Depp even know how to act without make up or acting fruity?

Wish i woulda say this and put my vote in.

#6. Scary Movie 5 - 75 Points
Votes: 9 | Peak: 1 (3 Times)
Directed by Malcolm D. Lee, David Zucker
Starring Simon Rex, Ashley Tisdale, Charlie Sheen

"Another frighteningly bad horror spoof. Scary Movie lost me after the 3rd entry. Please let this series die." - benderal

"Completely ruined by re-shoots and very noticeable bad dubbing. This film is a giant hot mess.
Although a part of me still wants to see the original version where Black Swan was the main spoof."
- remake

based on the scoring it's easy for a hater or two to put a movie near the top of this list

MOS and die hard 5 probably top 2 but only one is deserving

Scary movie V actually wasnt horrible.
It was at least better than Scary Movie 3 and 4 and A Haunted House and that 30 nights of Paranormal Activity...
Not a good movie but it had at least a few parts that made me chuckle.
Cant complain about it being on the list though.

Pacific Rim and Only God Forgives makes the top 10 but not After Earth and Grown Ups 2? Sounds about right.
