According to Amazon's listing these are the special features:

Restored In 4k From The Camera Negative
Interview With Producer David Baughn
Interview With Editor Martin Sadoff
Interview With Star Patch Mackenzie

Not trying to nitpick here I mean a 4K restoration is amazing by itself but I honestly wish they would've done a making of or something.

Amazon's product details for blu-rays and DVDs are notoriously inaccurate, so I'd wait until word from VS that confirms this is the full list of extras.

Break out your cap and gown -- Herb Freed's GRADUATION DAY (1981) is coming to Blu, courtesy of Vinegar Syndrome! When a high school track starlet croaks mid-dash, the rest of her squad gets slaughtered by a sweatsuit-clad slasher in appropriately track 'n' field-centric ways. Yup, you can expect deaths by disguise-o-javelin, inappropriate pole-vault, use of a fencing foil without proper protective gear and plenty more. A solidly enjoyable, surprising teenkill pic from the early '80s, GRADUATION DAY is also filled with disco boogie and break dancing, so there's that, too. The prior Troma DVD was from an aged tape master, but Vinegar Syndrome have gone back to the original camera negative, giving the film a 4K remaster. Extras include interviews with producer, David Baughn, editor Martin Sadoff and actress Patch Mackenzie. "The Class of '81 is running out of time..."

There re mastering it in 4K so I hope it will receive a full 4K release. I just wish we knew when the format will be coming out. If its years off I would still buy blu but I have slowed down buying them because of the possibility of 4K.

I will get round to getting this the troma release I have looks terrible..

Then you're going to be waiting for a long time--and for titles like this one, probably forever.
