I know I've been a Negative Nellie in this thread so far, but I desperately want this to be awesome. The LBP games are probably the ones I miss the most on PS4 from the PS3 era (aside from the Arkham games) and am so thrilled it's finally coming (and much sooner than I expected).

Disappointed that MM is not involved, but since that's not to be helped at this point, I'll just hope that this is as good as the others were and more.

And the coolest part, ALL of the user created levels from 1 and 2 are being brought over in full 1080p!

So this is JUST the User Created ones, not the story levels from 1 & 2?

Unless they upload all the Story one to the network, but I guess they won't do that.

Well, prefacing this with the fact that I don't know shit about coding and developing games, is it that difficult to simply add the levels to the LBP3 disc? Like, perhaps, an extra few "World's", each one having the LBP1 and LBP2 levels.

I mean they wouldn't need the entire disc worth of stuff for each game, because the framework or whatever is already there for LBP3, they'd just be importing upres'd levels.

As I said I don't know shit about what I'm talking about here, so that may be much much more difficult than I am making it out to be.

And I think the odds of them doing this either way is slim to none. At least they are importing the user created ones, but those are on the server anyway.

I doubt its hard to do. Its probably the same thing as uploading our created levels.

I don't think they even have to upres anything since all the texture and materials will be included in the 3rd game.

So happy they announced this game and this November too. Only thing I don't like is it seems co-op takes a huge center stage for this game.
