The first one was just plain awesome...definitely looking forward to it. I picked up a two pack a couple of years ago on DVD for 1 + 2. Holy crap, I got through about 5 minutes of the second one and nearly threw it in the garbage. It looked like it had about a $10,000 budget.

For me what I get totally hangs on whether it's a box set or a collection like Die Hard. If that box art is on a keepcase I'll buy the set. If not I'll get 1 and 3 (assuming it's decent)

I really hope its 3 separate cases and not a box like the die hard set was. I hate those kind of sets, which is why i held off on the dirty harry set.

I'll rent the 3rd. I've got the 1st from import. U.S. cover is the original from the flipper dvd in '98. Never thrilled w/that cover. So I'll stick with the import for now.

To me, the US cover, while not great is better than the import just because it doesn't have that damn swoosh.

Wicked. Starship Troopers (#1), an absolute must-buy for me. Saw it twice in the theatres. One of Verhoeven's best, right up there with Robocop and Total Recall.
