I take it you're including short cartoons as well as theatrical films, in which case there were quite a lot outside of Popeye and Betty Boop--just look at the list under Max Fleischer's "Producer" credit at http://www.imdb.com/name/nm0281502/

Gulliver's Travels even had 2 Blu-ray releases, but one of them is not even worth mentioning.

The quality of the Superman collection is appalling, so buyer beware.

I wish someone would release 'Mr Bug Goes To Town'...it's one of my all time favourite animation movies.
