What I've seen so far:

Coraline (fun fact: this PG animated film is rated TV-14 on TV. Blu-ray)

House on Haunted Hill (1999) (A good remake, would of been great if it wasn't for the ending. DVD)

The Exorcist (this was my first time watching it, great film. DVD)

House of 1000 Corpses (Blu-ray was defective, but I was able to watch most of the film after skipping the intro, took it back to the store and got a full refund. First time watching this too, better than Zombie's Halloween films. Blu-ray)

Hellraiser (A classic, got the good Blu-ray version.)

Jacob's Ladder (If you are a fan of Silent Hill, watch this movie, it was one of the series's biggest influences. Blu-ray)

This all for now, I've got more horror titles coming from Amazom, will post after watching them.

Great choices so far

I've never seen Jacob's Ladder so may have to look into getting that one.

So far this month I've watched Hannibal - Season 2, Bates Motel - Season 2, American Horror Story - Asylum and I'm nearly half way through American Horror Story - Coven (thanks to the fact I stayed up all night last night watching it... and boy am I feeling rough now).

It was a really good concept and I think it was carried off ok, so yeah i'd recommend watching it.

Just don't expect to be too terrified while watching it

I think I jumped more at Sutherlands manly screams that anything else

I thought it was bad as a horror film. But if you take it as a film where Jack Bauer is shouting to ghosts instead of terrorists, it's quite amusing actually

Yeah Hannibal Season 2 was really good, the PQ on the blu's is absolutely stunning as well. I don't watch anything on tv anymore really so I just wait for the boxsets, getting Hannibal, Bates Motel and American Horror Story all within three weeks of each other has been quite intense.

Adding to my horror viewings for the month I watched both versions of The Blob yesterday, the criterion and twilight time releases are both amazing.

I've never seen the Blob movies... I really do need to get them to watch.

I try to but the boxsets but some shows I just can't help but watch as their viewing on TV. I've got such a huge watch list
