I might have to rent this on amazon tonight (who has it in HD), it's been years since I sat down and watched it... To bad the sequel has never been released on homemedia (or reran on cable).

Can't buy these unless they are some type of special case or something that would go on a display case. Otherwise how would I put them on my movie shelf when I keep everything in alphabetical order.

Airplane features Rex Kramer, who also appeared in Kentucky Fried Movie, which features the film See You Next Wednesday, which appears in most Landis works (Schlock, Trading Places, American Werewolf, etc.). This brings us to Animal House, where Neidermeyer first appeared. He was mentioned in Twilight Zone- The Movie, where Dick Miller plays Walter Paisley. Walter Paisley also appears in Joe Dante films The Howling and Hollywood Boulevard. Gremlins features a character from The Howling (the reporter at the end). Gremlins exists in the same universe as both Explorers and Innerspace, due to a newspaper in the former saying "Kingston Fall Tragedy Still Unexplained" and the latter's company name appearing in the Clamp Building. The sled Rosebud appears in Explorers and also The 'burbs. The 'burbs features Rick Duccommon in the same outfit he wore in Die Hard, whom we never learned the name of...

And none of it happened. It is all the dream of Tommy Westphal of St. Elsewhere.

For this theory to work, one must assume all segments of sketch films exist in the same world, which I do, as Dan Aykroyd appears as the same character in multiple segments of Twilight Zone.

(Orson Welles also applauds the irony that his film does not exist)

Well I just got Mill Creek's Identity/Vacancy 'double pack' today. It's both movies on a single disc with only stereo Dolby Digital audio. What a waste of money.

You mean $3? And you didn't know this ahead of time?

At least they were in stereo, unlike HUDSON HAWK!

... and, at least they weren't Hudson Hawk!
Sorry, but I have to diss this movie once every 6 months per contract, and time is running desperately short this cycle!

Strange about the audio on these though. Some have DTS-HD masters, most have 5.1, some haves even less. Who's picking?

It actually cost me $10US + shipping since my only option was to buy from Amazon.
Being an Aussie I'd never heard of them before. I didn't even check to be honest, I just looked at the specs on this very site and saw they were the same as the single releases(which they obviously aren't). How do we go about getting this site updated?

People need to be warned! :P

Identity, and Vacancy both have PCM 5.1 (Uncompressed) audio on their individual blu-ray releases from Sony, and they sounded great. I would remain buying the separate blu-ray movies from now on, if it's possible.
